How we use your details.

Who we are

NO BS BRAIN is run by Francesca Dal Corso in London. This page covers the Brainclass registration pages, the VIP pack and the 30-Day Brain Upgrade programme. Questions go to hello@nobsbrain.com.

What we collect

• Your first name, email address and mobile number, when you register.
• Your city and country, the type of device you used, and the ad or link that brought you here, so we know which ads work.
• If you buy the VIP pack or the programme, Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number. We keep your email and the amount paid.

What we use it for

• Sending you the link to the class, the calendar invite, and reminders before it starts, by email and by text.
• Sending the VIP pack and the replay if you bought them.
• Telling you about the 30-Day Brain Upgrade programme after the class, and about future classes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.
• Measuring our ads. We use the Meta pixel and Meta's server-side events so Meta can tell us which ads led to registrations.

Who handles it for us

Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Neon for the database, Vercel for hosting the pages, Vimeo for video, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Registration details are kept for as long as we run classes, so we can invite you to the next one. Ask and we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@nobsbrain.com and we do it within 30 days. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
