What used to take hours takes a fraction of the time
210 to 1,000+ words a minute"My reading went from 210 to 750 words a minute, and now over 1,000. What used to take hours takes a fraction of the time."

It isn't age and it isn't decline, it's a skill nobody taught you, and on 30 September Francesca Dal Corso teaches it live and free, the same way she has helped 50,000 people and teams at Google, Mastercard and Barclays improve their memory.

"My reading went from 210 to 750 words a minute, and now over 1,000. What used to take hours takes a fraction of the time."

"My reading speed improved by 3.8 times, something I never thought possible, having dyslexia and ADHD."

"My career accelerated so fast, I got my 5-year promotion in only 2 years, saving me money and stress."

"My reading speed skyrocketed from 280 to 840 wpm, with improved comprehension."

"You will never look at numbers, large amounts of data, daunting contracts or budgets in the same way again."

"Investing in multiple businesses with ADHD can be a challenge. I can now hyper-focus on demand and remember everything I need, immediately."

"I can easily remember a 20 digit number or more, and in the two days since finishing I've memorised 60 Spanish words, a language I previously knew nothing of."
"I was able to memorise and recall 20 random words, and improve my reading speed from a mere 135 wpm to 551 wpm. I got a lot more than I bargained for."
"Since completing the course I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to remember things, whether it's daily tasks, names, or even complex information. I feel more mentally sharp and confident."
"Diagnosed with ADHD four years ago. My reading speed, memory and ability to focus increased drastically in such a small amount of time. Even the fear of speaking in front of crowds disappeared."
"As a teacher of 25 years I was apprehensive about yet another course, but the time flew by. Practical techniques, all backed by science, worth every penny twice over."
"This course really changes the perception of what you are capable of and the negative assumptions you make about yourself. The tools to improve your memory, focus and reading are amazing and deep."
Just over ninety minutes with Francesca. The science of memory made practical, one technique taught properly, and you leave with tools for memory, focus and reading you can use the same day.

The name gone mid-introduction, the password you reset every month, the meeting you walk out of with no idea what was agreed.
Francesca shows the four stages every memory moves through and where yours falls apart, then teaches the one technique she used to pass a law exam in two days and to memorise 36 number plates on television.
The report you've read twice and taken in nothing, the book you put down after a page.
The belief that reading faster means understanding less, taken on head-first. It is the opposite, and she shows you why with the first exercise, on paper, before you leave.
Ten tabs open, the afternoon fog, a brain that won't settle on one thing.
The single biggest thing pulling your attention apart all day, why willpower was never the fix, and the short reset Francesca uses on her own ADHD brain to get back on the thing that matters.
Learning memory from a book is like learning to swim from a book. Until you get in the pool, you have no idea. In the class you try the technique on a real list, you get stuck the way everyone does, and Francesca fixes it while you're stuck. She teaches the tools in real life, not the theory.
Puzzle apps make you better at puzzles. Francesca trains the things you actually do: the name at the dinner, the report you have to hold in your head, the PIN you keep resetting. You leave with a method, and no streak to keep up.
Memory is a skill, not a trait. On her programme the average person goes from three words out of twenty to all twenty, whether they're 25 or 65. Eric was 87 when he joined and left with, in his words, the best memory he'd ever had. Francesca has taught this since 2011 and run every class since 2021 on a diagnosed ADHD brain. Bring the doubt with you, the exercise is built for it.
Since 2011, turning what neuroscience knows about memory, attention and reading into things ordinary people can do on a Tuesday. She started as a law student in Milan with 800 pages to hold for one exam and no way to hold them, so she learned how. She has spent the fifteen years since refining it with every person in the room.
Italian national television set her a live challenge: memorise the plates of 36 Harley-Davidsons and pair them back, in under two and a half minutes. She did. The Telegraph wrote about her work on focus. Google brought her in to teach their people speed reading.
In 2021 she was diagnosed with adult ADHD, and the same tools held. Those are the tools she teaches.

Yes. The class is 90 minutes, live, and costs nothing. At the end Francesca explains the four-week programme for people who want to keep going. You can leave before that if you like.
Not for free seats. If you want to watch it again afterwards, the VIP pack on the next page includes the replay, and it's yours forever.
So does Francesca. She was diagnosed with adult ADHD in 2021 and the tools held. Several of the people quoted on this page have dyslexia or ADHD too.
No. This is training, the way you'd train a muscle. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. If you're worried about your memory, please also talk to your GP.
